Dr. Mila is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in British Columbia with a passion for helping patients look and feel their absolute best. With a degree in Biomedical Science and Psychology from the University of Waterloo, and her Naturopathic Medicine training at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (Boucher Campus), she brings both a scientific foundation and a compassionate, integrative approach to every treatment plan.
Her own health journey began as a teenager struggling with cystic acne. When conventional treatments didn’t provide answers, she discovered the power of naturopathic medicine in uncovering the root cause and restoring balance. That transformation sparked her lifelong commitment to guiding others back to health.
In her practice, Dr. Mila focuses on women’s health, hormonal balance, weight management, perimenopause through menopause transitions, and skin health. Whether it’s finding solutions for acne, navigating hormonal changes, or creating graceful aging plans, her goal is to design personalized treatment strategies that empower patients to take charge of their health.
With a growing passion for aesthetic medicine, she also offers skin rejuvenation treatments, including Botox, PRP, and microneedling, to help patients feel confident in their own skin. By combining inner wellness with outer radiance, she helps patients achieve results that look natural and feel transformative.
Outside the clinic, Mila stays active with hiking, skiing, and hot yoga, and loves sharing good food and new cuisines with her family and friends.
